Windows 7
Myself, I don't tend to like new things but Windows Vista has been angering me and BSoD'ing like crazy. I had to get off of it, So I downloaded the newest RC of Windows 7 and Installed it on my laptop and PC. What do you know its a lot snappier. One of the main things I've noticed is Vista's Aero keeps my GPU hot in my laptop therefore keeping the fans on max, draining my battery. So far my fans barely need to be on with Full Windows 7 aero enabled! So good.

I say if you have Windows Vista, make the Jump to Windows 7.

Here is a list of stuff that was greatly improved.

File Transfers are (much) faster
Aero doesn't break laptops anymore
Faster Startup->Ready usage
Faster Responsiveness

I have yet to finish playing with Windows 7 but so far so good.

Wow i just realized that vista ruined my life. Long before vista i was fine, now its the cause of my dead hd. Time to download 7 on vista. (oh the irony.)

i love 7, vista always crashed my programs JUST when i was about to save, or complete something i had been working on for a long time Pfft
