Co-op for all maps are done, too bad everyone can go screw themselves.

Map patches are in .sppf format, and are only 4MB in size.

the Map patches contain.
Script edit [hsc] skips cinematics automatically.
[mulg] added (mulg is needed Multiplayer's Game engine globals for team definition for ai aswell as players.)
Multiplayer's [wgtz] added. (which is the Multiplayer menu and interface and contains the chatbox)
added [scnr] chunk for Player starting Weapons.
added spawn points on each BSP.
